Residential Bulk Delivery

New England Wood Pellet has the ability to deliver up to ten tons at one time to a residential bulk customer. You will require a silo or some other storage unit that will be accessible with our delivery truck. Some examples of other storage units may include a bin in your basement or garage, or super-sacks on skids. In order to make the initial delivery you will need to consult with one of our drivers who will know if your setup will work or if other modifications will be required for a successful delivery. We do not restrict bulk delivery to any specific area but keep in mind that shipping charges increase the farther you are away from our delivery facility. Pricing is set quarterly and is based on current market conditions. Shipping is based on one-way mileage from our location to yours, regardless of the quantity you receive.

Commercial/Industrial Bulk Delivery

For all deliveries in excess of 10 tons and for quantities up to 25 tons we have the ability to deliver with our bulk trailer. A silo will be required for these deliveries. You must be able to accept a delivery from a tractor trailer truck. If you have any questions about bulk delivery or to get a copy of the schematics on the bulk trailer please contact us. Your e-mails will be distributed to an engineer or other contact at our location who can best answer your specific question(s). Pricing is set quarterly and is based on current market conditions. Shipping charges are based on one-way mileage from our loading facility to your storage unit as well as the quantity you will take each delivery. See the formula listed below. Shipping charges will be based on actual mileage after first delivery. Prior to the initial delivery we will use MapQuest to estimate mileage for quoting purposes.

Freight rate is $75 flat fee plus $4.50 per “loaded mile” (one way).
